Dump all this in the Instapot (chop the veggies, pasta goes in uncooked, and boneless skinless chicken breasts go in frozen – could it be any easier???).
You don’t have to be exact. If you like more carrots, add them. More onion? Add it! Watching your sodium? Cut the salt or add it to taste when serving it! This is really versatile.
Put the lid on the Instapot, make sure the valve is on “sealed”, and turn it on manual (high) and set it for seven minutes. Then let it do its thing while you kick back and relax!
When it’s finished cooking, move the vent to “venting” until all the pressure is released. Then open the lid, take out and chop up the chicken breasts, and dump them back in the Instapot. Stir the soup and serve.
