The pullets are seven weeks old today.   They have been in the barn in the growing out portion of it (where they and all the hens and roosters can see each other but not beat up peck each other. This morning I opened the covered run and let them have free reign of the huge fenced run.

I was surprised when it wasn’t a Dark Brahma who ventured out to explore first! I think this is an Isa Brown.

After seeing she was fine, a few more came out.

The Silver Laced Wyandottes and Australorps just stayed back and kept watch. They are a little more cautious.  LOL
