Smores Dip

I ran across this recipe for Smores Dip looking for a potluck recipe and knew I had to make it.

This was so good!!! I used my medium sized cast iron skillet (@ 8″) as this was for myself,  my two sons, their two friends, and my daughter. It was just enough for us all to have a good sized helping.

I poured in milk chocolate chips,  topped it with marshmallows, and baked it for about 10 minutes at 400F (do NOT preheat the oven!) and then use the broiler for just a minute or two to toast the marshmallows.  They all loved it! Once the skillet cooled a little, we stood around the stove dipping in our graham crackers! LOL. It stays ooey gooey in the cast iron skillet (soooo much better than in the cups where it wanted to firm up).

Seriously.  Make this. NOW.
