I have the silliest cat. Daisy does this thing when she's cleaning herself, and if she gets distracted, she forgets to put her tongue back in and just sits there, making this goofy face at everybody. It's hilarious! Now the kids distract her on purpose just to get a big laugh out of her … Continue reading Silly Daisy!
My sweetie turned 46 today. He already got the headgate system and the impact wrench he wanted for himself this past weekend, so I had to really shop to find things he didn't have but would use. He is not an easy man to shop for! He did like the screwdriver sets from Janeesa and … Continue reading Happy birthday, Ted!
I've been on spring break all week, and I have accomplished so much! For years, I've wanted to widen the top of our driveway where we park. It was narrow and bottlenecked due to the hill on the left and the chicken coop and picket fence on the right. Ted got that bucket on the tractor last weekend and spent Friday evening cutting away part of the hillside … Continue reading That bucket is useful!
259.8 miles ÷ 6.408 = 40.543 mpg This was mostly highway driving.
May you enjoy a well deserved rest today!
Bessie was so tiny when I brought her home from the flea market four years ago. She weighed about 75 pounds. She could suck down a gallon of milk in a matter of seconds from this bottle. Side note: This is my all time favorite photo of myself. I don't care how messy or chubby … Continue reading Bessie is four years old!
