Every summer, my inlaws plant a little patch of corn. My mother-in-law freezes what they can't eat, and then my father-in-law cuts down the stalks and brings them to our cattle. Bessie (left) and Tilly (right) 8/21/21 They sure do love them!

I had all highway driving last week, and my little Smartcar got GREAT mileage! 346 miles ÷ 8.149 gallons = 42.459 mpg !!

I cannot believe my oldest child is 30 years old now! She is living life to the fullest, living in Puerto Rico, running her own business, and "beachin' it up" every chance she gets. I'm so proud of her! She knows what she wants, and she goes after it with everything she's got in her!

Guess what I found out this morning? Pencil shavings can go in the compost bin or be sprinkled around your plants!
