I made homemade guacamole for the first time ever, and it was so easy and so delicious I’ll never order it again!
This was the whole dinner (homemade burritos, homemade cheese sauce, local sweet corn, GMO free blue nacho chips, and homemade guacamole). YUM!!!
For the guacamole, I just scooped out two avocados, added half a local purple onion and a whole tomato (chopped) from the from the farmers’ market, and then smashed it around with a fork. I added a little sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper. It took all of two minutes to make.
That’s it! It was so good!!! The kids don’t like guacamole so they wouldn’t even taste it. Ted and I ate the whole bowl by ourselves. I’m not ashamed to say I licked my plate to get the last teeny bite of it! LOL
