Today is the first day of my spring break. I’m loving it!!! I have a huge list of projects that I’m working hard on completing and will post pictures and details of those next week.

Today though, Jake and I took Gramma Izzie about two hours away to see my cousin Zac (her grandson) to get her hearing tested and get her new hearing aids. We had a wonderful day together.

Jake was fascinated by the view looking inside Gramma’s ear. He asked if he could see his own, and Zac did it. He spent a good bit of time watching YouTube videos about how the ear works and then how the nose works.

I’m very thankful to my cousin for taking his afternoon to help Gramma and for showing Jake inside his ear because I think he really stoked a scientific interest and curiosity in Jake!
