This is DELICIOUS! It’s very easy to make. I didn’t do any hand kneading (I can’t with my wrist), and I used @ 4 cups of flour total (the recipe calls for 3 1/2).

Mix the ingredients in a stand mixer. Line the crockpot with parchment paper. Dump in the dough. I let it set in the warm (from the dishwasher) crockpot for 30 minutes before turning the crockpot on high.
Side note: I love this programmable crockpot Ted gave me for my birthday!
It was finished in two hours.
Just look at that crust!!!! Mmmm…I think this would make a great cinnamon roll base or herb bread base, too!
