Tuna patties recipe

I made these today for lunch, and they are fast, easy, cheap, and DELICIOUS! Ted just loves these.

Ingredients

2 small cans tuna, drained

2 eggs

@ 3/4 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 onion

1 Tbl mustard

1 tsp lemon pepper

Salt & pepper to taste

Mix it all together well and form it into patties (about the size of hamburger patties).

Fry in hot grease until brown and crispy, flip, and fry the other side until brown and crispy.

Drain on paper towel to absorb some of the excess grease and eat. You can eat these as-is or on bread like a fishtail sandwich.
