This kitten is so ornery. She's like a little devil cat most of the time. Once she settled in, she really settled in! Ted says whoever dumped her probably couldn't handle her. She stalks through the house, pouncing on everything that she thinks needs pounced (this includes paper, plastic, stuffed animals, trash bags, shoes, other … Continue reading Little Miss Ornery

Little helper
The little electric heater was in the broody house in late spring. It kept the chicks plenty warm then. When it got too warm for using it, it got moved to the front porch where it set for a month, forgotten. Except it wasn't forgotten...because DG found it and chewed the cord in half! My recuperation buddy
Daisy is beyond thrilled with the fact that I'm laid up. She settles into my lap for the day and nestles down to keep me company. Now if I could just teach her to refill my coffee mug, I'd be all set!
Boo!
This morning at the chicken coop... "What is this??? Something's under here!!! I have to have it!!!" Dig...scratch....barkbarkbark "I give up!" "BOO TO YOU!!! I WIN!!!"
